Ghana was drawn in Group H with Portugal, Korea and Uruguay.
Many talented Ghanaian descent players which decided not to switch their nationality to Ghana are Massive, Ghana are blessed with talent Footballers but most decided not to play for Ghana and all those players got a call-up in their national team which they are going to participate in the world cup in Qatar.
Netherlands has three Ghanaian descent players which is Memphis Depay, Gakpo and Frimpong Boateng. All got call up to play for the Netherland national team.
Also Alphonso Davis who's representing the Canada national team in the world cup.
Belgium also has one Ghanaian descent who also got a call up.
Niko Williams which the Ghana FA tried their best to get him in the Ghana national team but unfortunately, The player joined the Spanish national team and also earned a spot in the Spanish national team 26-man squad to FIFA World Cup.
It will be Interesting to witness Niko Williams and his brother Inaki Williams representing different nations in the world cup as we witnessed Kelvin Prince Boateng and his brother Jerome Boateng in a single tournament in 2010 world cup in South Africa.
